Senyum je lah yang mampu Gill buat. Tak berani komen lebih-lebih. Nanti kang
tak pasal-pasal kena ceramah.
Semalam,
Gill saja cuci mata dalam satu farmasi. Ternampak satu paket ‘Sculpt’ berwarna
hijau. So saja je berbual kosong dengan pekerja farmasi tu.

Beliau : Well, 'Sculpt'
can be used as a meal replacement. It helps balance your protein intake
throughout the day. Sculpt is actually contains protein. Higher protein foods
are naturally more filling and can boost your metabolism.
Gill : Ahaaa.
Boost the metabolism. My metabolism is low so I think this might be good for
me.
Beliau : We
have a few flavours. Chocolate, Vanilla, Banana and Berry. You can drink with
plain water, soy milk or fruit juice.
Gill : I
see. Alright, perhaps I can try few packets first.
Jadi,
Gill ambil perisa Berry dan Chocolate. Dan pagi tadi Gill dah cuba paket yang
pertama, Berry. Agak sedap. Jadi, Gill tak breakfast pagi ni. Cuma banyak minum
air masak. Gill bukan jenis yang mahukan bentuk badan 34-26-36 TAPI… Gill
mahukan badan dan stamina yang sihat. Gill memang selalu ber’diet’ TAPI… diet
Gill adalah diet yang seimbang, bukan diet yang mengikat perut atau terpaksa
menahan lapar mengalahkan orang berpuasa. Kenapa Gill cakap macam tu? Sebab
ramai yang ‘mindset’ mereka, diet itu adalah menahan lapar sedangkan diet
sebenarnya bermaksud permakanan yang seimbang.
Dan
ramai yang kena tahu, kita mempunyai metabolisma yang berbeza. Gill punya
metabolisma yang rendah, jadi berat badan Gill mudah naik jika tidak
mengamalkan diet seimbang. Bagi yang punya metabolisma yang tinggi, agak
beruntung kerana berat dadan sukar naik namun, kadang kala ada antara mereka
yang terlalu kurus. Pokok pangkalnyam setiap dari kita harus menjaga kandungan
zat, nutrisi, protein dan vitamin di dalam badan.
Selain
dari mengamalkan diet seimbang, Gill akan sekurang-kurangnya bersenam 2 kali
seminggu untuk pastikan badan Gill kekal cergas. Itu salah satu sebabnya Gill
ke menyertai grup Capoeira Camara Malaysia setiap minggu. Kekal cergas, sihat,
jaga berat badan dan mempelajari seni mempertahankan diri.

aku pun tengah naik sekarang. Aku pun nak diet lah. Aku nak order makanan yang
sama engkau order.

Leman : Ashikin, kenapa kunyah gelojoh sangat tu? Cuba tengok Kak
Aina kunyah macam mana. Sopan, perlahan.
Ashikin : Alaaa.
Sama je kalau kunyah perlahan atau laju. Masuk dalam perut jugak Abah.
Haji
Leman : Kan Abah pernah pesan, kunyah makananan tu perlahan-lahan.
Ikut sunnah Nabi Muhammad, kunyah 40 kali sebelum telan. Memang semua makanan
masuk dalam perut, tapi kalau kamu kunyah perlahan, makanan sempat dihadam.
Kalau kamu kunyah dengan laju, tak sempat makanan tu nak dihadam. Itu yang
boleh buatkan sakit perut, perut buncit, perut masuk angin semua tu.

yeke.saya salah lah sebelum ni ye.sebab saya hanya makan nasi sekali sehari je..lepas tu tahan perut dari makan apa2..
Makan nasi untuk breakfast adalah lebih baik berbanding lunch sebab sarapan pagi menstabilkan hormon, paras gula di dalam darah dan meningkatkan kadar metabolisma untuk bakar kalori. Kena tgk juga lauk apa yg dimakan dgn nasi :)
Lagi satu jgn menahan perut dr berlapar - sebab takut cenderung makan dgn lebih byk lepas tu. :)

Yeap. Kunyah perlahan tu, memang amik masa nak jadikan ia habit :)
Ajak je housemate aerobic sekali. Kalau ada kucen kat rumah, ajak kucen sekali :p
Saya pun ada metabolisme yang rendah. Boleh cuba tips ni nanti. :)
